From time to time, when thoughts and insights emerge or when interesting things happen or are read, watched or observed, we will be posting some content for folk to read and hopefully enjoy! Our FS blogs and updates will be short and sweet, designed for interest and to noodle over - or just an update on what we are up to! We won’t preach and we won’t be ‘right’ but we do like to prompt thinking, views and feelings in ourselves and others, not matter how quirky or out there they may seem.

We will also look to promote some input from guest bloggers and, who knows, maybe even post the odd interview with interesting people too!
