Most of our coaches and consultants have occupied a real-world leadership role themselves, enabling them to meet their client with empathy and a very deep understanding of the complexity of their position.
Flipside was founded to fill a gap in the market where we offer exceptionally high calibre coaches, at competitive rates, to work with businesses for the longer term. Our people mostly come from commercial or senior level director roles in their earlier careers and bring a combination of real life experience and finely tuned and extensive specialist coaching competence.
