Flipside was founded by Liam Donnelly. Decades spent as a senior HR Director, across multiple sectors internationally and a vast array of qualifications in coaching and business has given Liam a unique perspective on what it is to get the best from people - not just from a commercial and performance perspective, but a personal perspective too.
Astute, in tune with the commercial landscape and armed with an inherent curiosity, positivity and a genuine care for people is at the heart of Liam’s approach. Naturally compassionate, he thrives upon creating positivity through helping clients achieve greater awareness of feelings and behaviours.
